Carrot + Ginger + Apple = Boost and clean systems

Apple + Cucumber + Celery = Prevent cancer , reduce cholesterol and eliminate stomach upset and headache.

Tomato + Carrot + Apple = Improve skin complexion and elimenate bad breath

Bitter ground + apple + milk = Avoid bad breath and reduce internal body

Organce + Ginger + Cucumber = Improve skin texture and moisture and reduce body heat

Pipeapple + Apple + Watermelon = to dispel excess salts nourishes the bladder and kidney

Apple + Cucumber + Kiwi = to improve skin complexions

Pear + banana = Regular sugar content

Carrot + apple + pear + mango = Clean bady heat , counteracts toxicity , decreased blood pressure and fight oxidization

Honeydrew + grape + watermelon + milk = Rich a vitamin C + vitamin B2 that increase cell acitivity and strenghen body immunity

Papaya + pipeapple + Milk = Rich in vitamin C, E ,Iron improve skin completion and metabolism

Banana + pieapple + milk = Rich in vitamin with nutritions and prevent constipation

Fresh Fruit Smoothie


Ingredients

1/2 cup soy milk (or other milk)
1/2 cup white grape juice
1 cup strawberries, stemmed
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 lemon, squeezed (for tartness if desired)
1/4 teaspoon Vitamin C powder (1 capsule)
Pinch salt, preferable grey salt
Small handful fresh seedless grapes


Directions

Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth. If you'd like an iced smoothie, blend and then add ice to desired consistency.

Peach Pie Smoothie


Ingredients

1/2 cup nonfat or 1 percent lowfat milk
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 cup frozen unsweetened peaches
1 tablespoon honey, plus more to taste
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch ground nutmeg
Pinch ground ginger


Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Blueberry Freeze

Ingredients:

1 cup blueberries (go for frozen)
1 cup soy milk with Omega-3 DHA, such as SILK
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 packet sugar substitute (or sugar, honey or agave nectar)
1 ice cube


Directions:

Mix together in a blender, pour into glass, and serve. Makes 1 serving.

"Green Smoothie"


Blend together:

1 banana
1/2 cup of blueberries
1/2 cup of strawberries or other fruit
1 cup of vanilla almond milk
2 big spoonfuls of spinach or more
