CNC Lathe Operator
1st shift (6:00 am – 2:30 pm) and 2nd shift (2:00 pm to 10:30 pm)
Operate CNC Lath machines. Will also inspect parts with inspection tools such as caliper, micrometer, indicator and comparator. Must be able to read blue prints.
CNC Mill Operator
2nd shift (2:00 pm to 10:30 pm) and 3rd shift (10:00 pm – 6:30 am)
Set-up and operate CNC Mills
General Machine Operator
2nd shift (2:00 pm – 10:30 pm)
Operate various machines such as sand blast equipment, press, torque machine, drilling, chamfering etc. Will inspect parts using inspection equipment.
Machine Operator (Press, Swage and Deburr/Tumble)
2nd shift (2:00 pm to 10:30 pm)
Quality Inspector
1st shift (10:00 am – 6:30 pm)
Performs receiving, in-process and final inspection on mechanical parts. Must be able to read blue prints and use inspection tools.
OD Grinders
2nd shift (2:00 pm to 10:30 pm)
Set-up and operate Grinder Machine. Will also be involved with de-burr /trim/torque and stake. Must be able to use inspection tools and has previous grinder experience.
